В случае, если до 31.12.2015 года не принять решение о выборе НПФ или УК и не сохранить свои взносы на уровне 6%, тогда эта часть пенсии перестанет прирастать взносами работодателя (своими для ИП). То бишь заморозится навечно, как я поняла.
